The running horse

Painting has never really been my thing, but one day I felt the urge to challenge myself by trying something completely new. I decided to buy some oil paints and painting supplies, even though I had never worked with oil paint before because I always assumed it would be too difficult.

Once I started painting, however, I discovered that I actually found it easier to work with than watercolor or acrylic paint. Because oil paint dries much slower, it allows more time to correct mistakes, make adjustments, and gradually refine the painting as you work.
